Because I am always so critical of my own work, I always try to perfect everything I do. I made another Knights Templar helmet from recycled Coroplast®. This time I coated the inside in fiberglass and the outside in automotive body fill.

It kind of defeats the entire recycling theme of these projects, but I just wanted to see if it could be done. What resulted is a strong and heavy cosplay helmet. Best of all because the exterior is so smooth it actually more closely resembles a real helmet.

The breathing holes aren't drilled out, and no weathering nor rivets have been applied yet but it came out better than I expected |
